A: Usually customers coming through doctor referrals, physio or occupational therapy recommendations or simply on their own motivation and need to book an appointment (link to book an appointment) for consultation and assessment with one of our specialists at Mobilis Clinic. Our main clinic is located at “Al Wasl Road - Umm Suqeim Dubai” (link to location) or any Satellite clinics operated by Mobilis in UAE - Please check with our customer service the satellite clinic locations and schedule.
The appropriate solution is selected after the detailed assessment and examination under consideration of all customer inquiries.
After the consolidating all information the customer will be receiving an assessment report and quotation for device including the services required to do the fitting, fine adjustments, follow up’s, maintenance etc.
The measurement is taken by a combined form of 3D Scan and MMCM (Modified Manual Casting Methodology) based on the complexity of the products, once patient agreed with price, mode of payment and delivery period.
At least one trial fitting appointment is scheduled to make sure the final fitting is perfect to the requirements. Some products can directly fit to the patient without trial fitting.
Final fitting will be done usually within 2 to 7 working days after successful trial fitting with product care instructions / user guidelines etc.
A follow up program will be scheduled between our specialist and the customer to ensure proper function and fit as well as monitor the effectiveness and minor modification based on the Follow up program entitled.
All MOBILIS devices are manufactured in our Factory located in Dubai Investment park
A: Typically, custom Orthotics, prosthetics or seating systems products are selected by your certified orthotist or prosthetist and custom tailored according to the diagnosis of the doctor, medical conditions, the goals of your therapists and personal expectations and preferences of the customer.
Our specialists have more than 25 years experience in the prosthetic and orthotic field and highly competent to propose the best suitable solutions for you.
The MOBILIS Clinicians are working as a team internally and externally with the doctors, therapists. Where they share relevant information together to ensure best possible outcomes.
A: It is our responsibility to make sure the products fitted to the patients are fitting well and comfortable. However, a small percentage of patients need to be readjusted the device till they are feeling comfortable. These readjustment sessions are not chargeable.
Its important to keep in mind that most of the time we need to correct some deformity or replace some missing body parts, should have a correction force or new to body are not comfortable initially. Our clinician will be explaining the adaption period required for each product with expected challenges during initial phase.
A: Some of the devices are covered by selected Insurance providers operating in UAE. However, majority of the insurance company doesn’t cover Prosthetic and Orthotics services in UAE. And some are reimbursed. Our Clinic coordinator will be able assist you with this process and guide you the best.
A: MOBILIS will start manufacturing the device after receiving 75% of the total value as advance and Balance 25% payment can be done after the final fitting. The payment accepted by Cash or Credit card.

A: It is necessary to have a follow up visit based on the product. Most of the devices are meant for correcting a deformity and some adjustments should be done time to time. MOBILIS clinician will suggest the follow up frequency during your final fitting day. Follow up visits are also important to assess the progress on correction.
For our prosthetic customers its normal to change the shape of the residual limb or shape change. To achieve the optimal functional outcome its necessary to do a frequent adjustment.
